Job summaryWe are looking for a passionate, engaging and visionary senior medical leader to join the Trust's Senior Leadership Team. You will be jointly responsible for all aspects of the Trust's responsibilities and performance, reportingto the Executive Managing Director and with a professional reporting line to the Group Chief Medical Officer.
You will provide inspiring professional leadership to our medical and dental workforce and clear strategic direction in the delivery of the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospitals Group's ambitions and the Trust's objectives, driving innovation and quality improvement in the provision of great care, education and research.
Main duties of the jobOperating as part of a Hospitals Group, the role may include cross-Trust responsibilities.
You will not only be a credible and compassionate senior leader but a respected clinician with experience working in an acute environment and will undertake four Programmed Activities of clinical practice within your specialty per week to maintain your skills.
