Main duties of the jobYou will work in collaboration with, and autonomously, as part of the Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist Team to help develop and deliver services across organisational, professional and geographical boundaries. You will work closely with key areas of the Trust, forging close working relationships with the Trust urology consultants and CNS from other specialties. You will also have managerial responsibility as to manage the staff in the urology outpatient's department. You must be highly motivated with strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
