Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and foresighted practitioner to join our Rheumatology Department as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS). In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to Rheumatology patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Main Duties of the Job
You will be instrumental in delivering a seamless Tier 2 service, working closely with Tier 1 (Primary Care) and using the expertise of the Tier 3 (Secondary Care) when needed. This role offers the opportunity to work both collaboratively and autonomously, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. As part of a supportive and multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professional colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for patients. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated practitioner with excellent communication skills. You will be committed to continuous professional development and dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care in a rewarding speciality.
