Main Duties of the JobYou will be instrumental in delivering a seamless Tier 2 service, working closely with Tier 1 (Primary Care) and using the expertise of the Tier 3 (Secondary Care) when needed. This role offers the opportunity to work both collaboratively and autonomously, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. As part of a supportive and multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professional colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
