  • Work closely with Children's Community Nursing Teams, specialist children's nurses, and other partners to deliver joined-up care.
  • Provide expertise in both nutritional management and practical aspects of feeding tubes and enteral feeding equipment.

Professional Responsibilities
  • Prioritise and manage your own caseload and contribute to supporting junior staff within the team.
  • Deliver training and support to families, carers, and professionals across community settings.
  • Build strong working relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues and external partners to ensure safe, high-quality care.
  • Support service evaluation, audit and research projects.
  • A car and full UK driving licence are essential to meet the requirements of community visits.
