- Provide inspirational and visible leadership at the Penzance UTC
- Oversee and support the ENP workforce across the Trust
- Drive clinical excellence, patient safety, and continuous improvement
- Lead and support teams through service development and transformation
- Ensure the highest standards of care, governance, and workforce wellbeing
- Collaborate with acute, primary care and community partners across Cornwall

- Post Registered emergency nursing degree qualification or equivalent
- ATNC ATLS (obs)- ALS.
Desirable- Diploma/Degree in nursing.
ExperienceEssential- Demonstrable registration experience in Accident & Emergency.
- Accident & Emergency leadership experience.
- Wide range of clinical experience.
- Supervision of learners and preceptors.
SkillsEssential- Experience of teaching qualified nurses, learners, junior doctors, patients/carers.
- Knowledge of resources management issues.
- Good numeracy skills.
