Main duties of the jobIn this role, you will provide visible clinical leadership, support safe and effective day-to-day ward management, and act as a role model for high-quality nursing practice. You will work closely with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure care is delivered with kindness, professionalism, and respect.

- To have completed the national practice assessor training or equivalent teaching and assessing qualification for those with ENB998.
- Evidence of academic achievement or working towards Degree level of study.
- Evidence of postgraduate study relevant to role or must be willing to work towards
Desirable- Evidence of academic achievement or working towards MSC level of study.
ExperienceEssential- Relevant post registration experience (e.g. Palliative Care)
- Evidence of management experience
- Evidence of personal and professional development
