Key responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional service at the counter
• Dispense prescriptions accurately under the supervision of the pharmacist
• Assist with over-the-counter sales and offer guidance on healthcare products
• Manage stock, including ordering, checking deliveries and rotating shelves
• Handle confidential patient information with care and discretion
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy

What we're looking for:

• A genuine interest in healthcare and helping people feel their best
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, organised approach with strong attention to detail
• The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
• Previous pharmacy or retail experience is welcome, but not essential — full training will be provided
