Key responsibilities- Greeting customers and providing a friendly, professional service at the counter
- Assisting with the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Advising customers on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products, referring to the pharmacist when appropriate
- Managing stock, including ordering, receiving deliveries and rotating products
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping the pharmacy clean, tidy and well presented at all times
- Supporting the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day tasks
What we're looking for- A friendly, approachable manner with excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
