Job summary
Due to retirement, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Phlebotomist with up-to-date phlebotomy skills to join our friendly team.

This position is for 13.5 hours per week.

Mondays 8.30 - 6.00 at Chacewater Surgery
Wednesdays 8.30 - 1.00 at Devoran Surgery

Main duties of the job
Working as part of a small, experienced nursing and GP support team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys venepuncture and is confident in carrying out basic clinical duties, including ECGs and blood pressure monitoring.

Job responsibilities
Working under the direct supervision of the Nursing Team and strictly in accordance with specific Practice guidelines and protocols, the Phlebotomist will assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.

Essential

• Qualified in Phlebotomy

Desirable

• BP Monitoring
• ECG's
