You will provide visible leadership and professional support to the Homebirth Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in line with national guidance, local policies and the Trust's strategic objectives.Working closely with community and maternity colleagues, you will champion continuity of care, promote informed choice and support women and families who choose homebirth as part of their maternity journey. You will play a key role in service development, quality improvement, staff wellbeing and the ongoing development of a positive team culture.
