Job summaryAn exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for staff looking to progress their career and become a Clinical Team Educator in the South North Sector of SCAS for the following stations Basingstoke, WERC, Whitchurch, Andover and Alton.
The Clinical Team Educator role is a pivotal position in the development of the area's existing operational staff of all grades and visiting students, being responsible for their clinical supervision and professional development while liaising and working alongside the Education Department. You will become a key player as part of the area management team that will help to demonstrate and champion the behaviours linked to the key values of: Team Working, Caring, Innovation and Professionalism.
Main duties of the jobYou must be qualified as an HCPC Registered Paramedic / NMC Nurse, working at Band 6 level.
You must be a team player, accept responsibility and be a confident decision maker. You must be passionate in the development of newly trained staff and the maintenance of excellent standards. You will possess good interpersonal and communications skills. You will need to be competent in basic IT and capable of logical thinking, practical problem-solving, objective assessment skills and report writing. You must also be able to motivate and support others.
