Join us at this exciting time of expansion and transformation by joining our Theatre departments. We have vacancies in Anaesthetic Care. (applicants must have a pre existing anaesthetic practitioner qualification)
This transformation is delivering new, state-of-the-art theatre facilities including an innovative four-table 'barn' theatre, one of the first of its kind in the UK, and significant investment in the future of Robotic surgery.
We are currently expanding our services and staffing establishment in line with the transformation of services across UHD. This is an exciting period of growth and we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals across a range of experience levels to join our friendly and supportive Theatre teams. We are looking for individuals who are:

- Flexible and able to committed to supporting a 24/7 service
Interview: August 25thMain duties of the job- Provide high-quality care across multiple Specialities as an Anaesthetic Practitioner (Qualification required)
- Work within a 24-hour, 7-day theatre service, participating in night shifts, weekend rotas, and bank holiday coverage.
About usUHD are investing, developing and transforming Trust services in line with the New Hospital Programme. As part of this, some services will move site this year. permanently. Recruiting Managers will be happy to answer any service-specific questions at interview.
This service has a planned move from July 2026 moving all elective to a single site and emergency, paediatrics and major surgery to the RBH site
If a role or service relocates as part of a planned move, excess mileage will not be reimbursed. Travel from home to the new work base will be classed as a normal commute. Any other changes will be managed under Trust or national terms and conditions.
