Person SpecificationExperience/QualificationsEssential- Basic medical degree
- Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
- Advanced Life Support Certificate from the Resuscitation Council UK or equivalent
DesirableClinical Skills and ExperienceEssential- Completion of F1/F2 competences or equivalent
- Current or previous employment in a UKFPO affiliated foundation programme or 12 months' experience after full GMC registration and evidence of achievement of foundation competencies
- Appropriate knowledge base
Desirable- Experience of working within and understanding the NHS environment
Organisation and PlanningEssential- Experience and ability to work in multi-professional teams
